Casa Francesco - Tursi
Casa Francesco is situated in Tursi village in centro storico about 25 km away from the long sand beaches of the Ionic coast. Tursi is a typical south Italian village with about 6000 inhabitants that climbs up on a hill. In centro storico the streets are narrow and picturesque and the view is extraordinary of the surrounding hills. The apartment consists of 50 mq on ground floor very close to the main piazza of Tursi. The entrance/kitchen of 9 m2 has a fire place as well as a traditional pizza oven. There are two bed rooms, each of ca 18 m2. One of them has a balcony with a nice view over the village and the other one a window but still with the same view. The base is very good of this apartment and only small renovation work is needed. The bathroom has recently been renovated as well as new electricity and water installations that have been informed.
