Casa Pierino - Pisticci
In one of the most popular areas of Pisticci with wonderful surroundings, Casa Pierino is situated, only 4 km away from Pisticci and about 20 km away from the long sand beaches of the Ionic coast. The area is green and beautiful with a stunning view over the sea situated below the hills. Pisticci is a typical south Italian village with narrow streets and white houses where you can find anything you need. On the plot that consists of 8800 m2 there is a permission to build another three other houses, each 120 m2 and 30 m2 starge. In this way, if interested the plot could be divided in four parts and sold out. The base of the villa is very good and only some refreshment is needed but the kitchen is not included in the price.
