Casa Verde - Tursi
Casa Verde is situated in Tursi village in centro storico about 25 km away from the long sand beaches of the Ionic coast. Tursi is a typical south Italian village with about 6000 inhabitants that climbs up on a hill. In centro storico the streets are narrow and picturesque and the view is extraordinary of the surrounding hills. The apartment is big and spacious, in total 70 m2. Originally it is made of old stones but is now partly renovated. The stone walls can however been visible again with some renovation work. The apartment is made up by two different apartments, Via Mazzini 45 and 47. The first one is made up by one room, 12 m2, and with a balcony with nice view over the surrounding hills. As can be seen on the pictures the hills are full of wine cellars (the holes in the rocks) that are still in use. The second apartment consists of an entrance, two bedroom and a bathroom that is in great need of renovation. One of the bedrooms is situated below the first apartment. Electricity and water exist.
